1. Purpose of the App

DSCRA is designed to allow users to participate in community esports tournaments (including Battleground and FF) by logging in via Google and submitting their in-game name for entry.

2. User Account and Login

• Users log in using their Google account for authentication purposes only.
• We do not store your email or any other personal information on our primary database.
• One account per user is allowed for fair participation.

3. Tournament Entry

• Users are required to enter their accurate game in-game name (IGN) to join a tournament.
• The game name must be accurate and valid.
• Any false information may result in disqualification from the tournament.

4. Prizes and Results

• Tournament results will be announced on the app or via our official platforms.
• Prizes/Rewards are awarded only to users who follow all fair play rules and guidelines.
• In case of any cheating or fraud, entry and rewards may be cancelled.

5. Coin Economy and Reward Redemption Policy

Our platform utilizes a virtual coin economy to facilitate tournament match entries and user rewards:

• Promotional & Entry Coins: Coins gathered from daily tasks, promotions, registration, or check-ins are strictly non-redeemable. They hold no cash value and can only be used to register and enter tournament matches.
• Winning Coins: Coins won by participating in matches and tournaments. Only Winning Coins can be redeemed for official third-party digital gift vouchers or virtual game items.
• Threshold Limits: Redemption requests are subject to limit caps of a minimum of 1,000 Coins and a maximum of 10,000 Coins per transaction.
• Processing Fees: Selected redemption options may be subject to standard processing/administrative fees (ranging from 5% to 20%, as displayed upon selection) which are deducted from the coin balance before reward distribution.
• Delivery Timeline: Approved rewards are typically processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app for legitimate purposes only. You will not engage in any activity that involves hacking, spamming, using mods, third-party scripts, or providing fraudulent information.

7. Privacy of Data

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the app or its services at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a smooth experience, we are not liable for game server lags, bugs, delays, errors, or technical issues that may occur during tournaments or reward distribution.

10. Breach of Terms

Any user found violating the terms or caught cheating will be banned or restricted from using the app. Final decisions will be made by the DSCRA team after investigation.
