• Authentication Data: When logging in via Google, we access your basic public profile and email address for identification.
• Game Profile Data: In-Game Character IDs (Player UIDs) and In-Game Names (IGNs) that you submit to join tournaments.
• Profile Avatar: Users can choose to upload a custom profile picture or select from the app's predefined built-in avatar list.
• Redemption Details: If you request custom coin redemptions, we collect delivery details (such as email or digital voucher address) to complete the reward payout.
• Device Tokens: Unique device identifiers to send push notifications regarding tournament schedules and updates.

2. Third-Party Services

We partner with trusted third-party services to display ads, deliver notifications, and improve performance:

• Google AdMob: We display advertisements in our app. AdMob may collect device advertising IDs to personalize ads. We show four ad types: Banner Ads (anchored to screen layouts), Interstitial Ads (full-screen transitions), Rewarded Ads (watched by choice to claim coin bonuses), and App Open Ads (displayed on app startup).
• Firebase & Google Cloud: Used to deliver push notifications, cloud messaging, and secure developer operations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• To verify tournament participation and ensure fair play rules.
• To process and verify coin redemption requests.
• To send important push notifications about match timings and room credentials.
• To prevent multiple accounts, bot registrations, and fraudulent activities.

4. User Control & Permissions

We believe in giving you full control over your preferences:

• Push Notifications: You can toggle push notifications ON or OFF at any time inside the app settings.
• Profile Picture Selection: You have the right to update your profile photo, upload your own avatar, or choose a default built-in avatar according to your preference.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You hold the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Clear Wallet History: You have the option to clear your transaction and wallet records inside the app settings.
• Permanent Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data via the 'Delete Account' button inside the Profile menu. Upon confirmation, all your data (email, username, coins, and records) is permanently anonymized or deleted from our servers.

6. Coin Economy and Reward Redemption Policy

Our platform uses a virtual coin economy to facilitate tournament participation and rewarding:

• Promotional/Entry Coins: Coins collected via registration, tasks, promotions, or daily check-ins cannot be redeemed. They hold no monetary value and are solely meant for entering esports matches.
• Winning Coins: Coins earned exclusively by participating in and winning esports matches. Only Winning Coins can be redeemed for official third-party vouchers or virtual game items.
• Limits: Reward redemptions are subject to limits of a minimum of 1,000 Coins and a maximum of 10,000 Coins per request.
• Administration/Processing Fees: Selected reward options may incur flat or percentage processing fees (ranging from 5% to 20%, as displayed upon selection) to cover network transaction and administration costs, which are automatically deducted from the requested coin amount.
• Delivery Timeline: Approved rewards are typically processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
